  • In order for a return to be eligible, the items must be returned in unused condition, along with the original packaging. Please note that we will not accept any returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

  2. Return Shipping Costs: Please be informed that we do not bear the cost of return shipping. This cost is the responsibility of the customer.
  3. Combined Return: Items from multiple orders can be combined and returned in the same package, facilitating a more efficient return process.
  4. Damaged Goods: We kindly request that you refrain from returning any damaged goods, unless explicitly instructed to do so by a member of our support team. Non-compliance may result in a delay in resolving your issue.

Step 2: Await a return confirmation email from us, which will include the designated return address.
Step 3: Proceed to send the item(s) back to our warehouse.
Once we have received your returned item, we will process your refund. Please note that refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. You can expect to receive your refund within 3-7 working days after we have successfully received your item.
Please be aware that any promotions or discounts applied during your original purchase will not be reimbursed as part of your refund.

Exchange Policy
Please note that due to the unique nature of mother and baby products, we do not offer an exchange service. In circumstances that necessitate an exchange, please proceed with our return procedures and place a new order.
