Warranty Policy
Unless otherwise stated in your product manual, the following Limited Warranty Terms applies to all products sold on bcbabycare.com.
Warranty Period
The warranty period commences on the date of purchase as documented in your proof-of-purchase and lasts for a duration of one year (two years for European Countries), with the exception of consumable products.
Warranty Exclusions
The Limited Warranty is not applicable to the following circumstances:

Usage in commercial or industrial applications;

Inadequate power supply conditions such as low voltage, defective household wiring or insufficient fuses;

Damages resulting from external factors;

Unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification;

Damages caused by operating the product beyond the permitted or intended uses as outlined in the user instructions, including but not limited to abnormal operating conditions (extreme temperatures);

Damage resulting from natural disasters, for instance, lightning strikes, tornadoes, floods, fires, earthquakes, or other external causes;

Liquid damage, including water or milk entering the motor.
Remedies
In the event of a hardware defect, Bc Babycare reserves the right to either:

repair the product free of charge, employing new or refurbished replacements or parts

replace the product with a new or refurbished equivalent. Bc Babycare retains ownership of any defective parts, modules, or equipment.
During the Warranty Period, the purchaser shall not be subjected to charges (whether for parts, labour, or otherwise) for the repair or replacement of a defective product.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
To request Warranty Service within the warranty period, please initially contact our support team for a warranty check. Required information includes:

Original invoice or purchase receipt, indicating the date of purchase and name of the product
Our team will assess the problem and determine the most effective solutions for you. Please retain the packaging your product was delivered in, or packaging that provides equivalent protection, in the event of a product return.
